HR Manager (Dhanbad)

Job Description – Senior HR Manager Location : Dhanbad (onsite) We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to handle end-to-end HR functions including Recruitment, HR Operations, Payroll Management, Statutory Compliance, Employee Engagement, and Policy Implementation. The candidate should have strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes, and overall HR administration while ensuring smooth workforce management and organizational compliance. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Handle payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and full & final settlements.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, and other labor laws.
- Oversee HR operations, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Implement HR policies, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with management on manpower planning and organizational development. Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
- 7+ years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance.
