Facebook Ads Manager (Performance & Creative Optimization)

We’re looking for an experienced Facebook Ads Manager who lives in Ads Manager, understands performance at a granular level, and knows how to turn creative testing into consistent revenue growth. This role is hands-on and performance-driven. You will be responsible for daily campaign optimization, budget management, audience testing, and ensuring a steady pipeline of new, high-converting ad creatives. Responsibilities

Manage and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns daily Perform micro-adjustments on budgets, bids, audiences, placements, and creatives to maximize ROAS

Analyze performance metrics (CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, frequency, retention, hook rate, etc.) and take fast action

Continuously test recent audiences, angles, offers, and creative formats

Ensure recent creatives are consistently generated, tested, and iterated based on performance data

Work closely with creative teams (or produce briefs yourself) to develop ads that convert

Identify winning ads and scale them while killing underperformers quickly

Maintain transparent reporting and communicate insights, wins, and action items What We’re Looking For

Proven experience managing Facebook ad accounts with real spend and real results Deep understanding of creative-first performance marketing

Strong analytical skills and comfort making rapid data-driven decisions

Ability to manage campaigns at scale while paying attention to small performance details

Experience testing and optimizing UGC, statics, carousels, and video ads

Self-starter mindset with ownership over results, not just tasks Bonus Points

Experience with DTC, e-commerce, or high-velocity creative testing environments Experience briefing creators or UGC teams

Familiarity with TikTok Ads or other paid social platforms What Success Looks Like

Consistent creative testing cadence Improved ROAS and lower CPA over time
