Role Description This is a full time, hybrid Business Development Executive role based in Dhanbad, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads through various channels, and nurturing prospects through the sales funnel. Daily tasks include meeting potential clients, conducting needs assessments, presenting Ultrafresh modular solutions, and coordinating with design and operations teams to ensure smooth project handover. The role involves managing key accounts, maintaining long-term relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. The Business Development Executive will also track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to support strategic planning. Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert prospects into clients.
- Solid understanding of Business and sales processes, including pipeline management and basic negotiation.
- Effective Communication abilities, both verbal and written, to engage with customers, internal teams, and partners.
- Experience in Account Management, maintaining relationships, and supporting repeat and referral business.
- Prior experience in interiors, modular kitchens, furniture, or related consumer products is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup in Dhanbad, including local market visits and store-based activities.
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
