Merchandiser Tiruppur

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Merchandiser to manage end-to-end order execution, coordinate with buyers, and ensure timely delivery of quality garments. The candidate will act as a bridge between buyers, production, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities: Handle buyer communication (email & calls) for order updates and requirements Understand buyer specifications, tech packs, and order details Coordinate with sampling, production, and quality teams Follow up on sample development and approvals Prepare Time & Action (T&A;) calendar and ensure adherence Monitor order status from development to shipment Ensure timely procurement of fabrics and trims Coordinate with suppliers and vendors Costing and price negotiation with buyers (if required) Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and quality standards Maintain proper documentation (PO, invoice, packing list, etc.) Handle shipment planning and coordination with logistics team Resolve production issues and delays proactively

Required Skills: Robust communication and negotiation skills Valuable knowledge of garment production processes Familiarity with fabrics, trims, and costing Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously Strong follow-up and coordination skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email handling)

Preferred Candidate: Experience in Tiruppur garment export industry Knowledge of compliance and buyer requirements Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
