Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and supervising daily fabrication and production activities. Monitor workshop operations including cutting, welding, assembly, polishing, and testing. Prepare and maintain production schedules and progress reports. Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality teams for smooth workflow. Ensure fabrication work complies with engineering drawings and specifications. Support quality inspections and documentation during production stages. Monitor material usage and minimize wastage. Ensure adherence to safety procedures and workshop discipline. Assist in troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions. Maintain records of production output, manpower utilization, and machine performance. Coordinate dispatch readiness and final inspection activities. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and efficiency.

Required Qualifications Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field. 0–2 years of experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or water treatment industry preferred. Freshers with robust technical knowledge may also apply. Basic understanding of fabrication processes, welding, piping, and sheet metal work. Ability to read engineering drawings and fabrication layouts. Familiarity with MS Office and basic production documentation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00
- ₹20,000.00 per month
