Role Description This is a full time, on-site Assistant Merchandiser position based in Tiruppur. As an Assistant Merchandiser, you will support the merchandising team with sourcing, supplier communication, monitoring order progress, quality control, and meeting client requirements. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient order execution while maintaining strong client relationships to meet delivery timelines and expectations. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
- Understanding of Sales and Retail operations to support merchandise planning and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Marketing expertise for understanding market trends and contributing to product development and positioning.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple orders and priorities efficiently.
- Proficiency in the use of relevant software and tools for tracking orders, inventory, and communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
