We are looking for an experienced Company Secretary to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements while supporting corporate governance, board processes, and liaison with regulatory authorities and financial institutions. - Qualified Company Secretary (CS) – Mandatory
- 2+ years of post-qualification experience as a Company Secretary in secretarial and compliance functions.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Company Law
- RBI / FEMA regulations
- Corporate governance practices
- Experience in manufacturing/export-oriented companies is preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Key Requirements
