- CLO 3D Skills
- Someone who can go beyond surface design and think product-first
- A designer who is curious, observant, and detail-oriented
- 2-5 Years Experience—you should have a strong eye, good instincts, and a clear point of view  What you’ll do
- Make thoughtful decisions across fit, fabric, color, trims, and finish
- Spend time refining silhouettes—how a garment sits, not just how it looks
- Ensure designs translate well from concept to final product—not just on paper, but in the actual garment
- Work closely with product and production teams to bring ideas to life
