Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Delivery:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the CBSE curriculum.
- Use innovative teaching methods to enhance learning.
- Student Development:
- Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and interactive activities.
- Provide personalized feedback and support to help students achieve academic goals.
- Classroom Management:
- Maintain discipline and ensure a positive learning environment in the classroom.
- Encourage active participation and critical thinking.
- Co-Curricular Involvement:
- Mentor students for inter-school and intra-school events.
- Administrative Duties:
- Prepare lesson plans, progress reports, and maintain accurate records of student performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school events. Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- B.Ed. degree or equivalent teacher training certification.
