A leading textile manufacturing company is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Manager to oversee and streamline all administrative functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily administrative operations including facility management, housekeeping, and security.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements.

Monitor office supplies, equipment maintenance, vendor management, and inventory control.

Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and transport for employees and visitors.

Liaise with internal departments, factory management, and external stakeholders for seamless workflow.

Manage administrative budgets, track expenditures, and optimize operational costs.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
