The candidate will be responsible for operating flexographic printing machines, ensuring high-quality label printing, maintaining production efficiency, and minimizing wastage. Freshers with a passion for manufacturing and experienced operators are encouraged to apply. Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor Flexo Printing Machines for label production.
- Set up printing jobs as per production schedules and customer specifications.
- Adjust machine settings, printing pressure, ink flow, and registration for optimal print quality.
- Inspect printed labels for color accuracy, print quality, alignment, and defects.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and coordinate with maintenance teams when required.
- Minimize material wastage and maintain production efficiency.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies. Requirements
- 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma / Any Degree / Printing Technology qualification preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply and will be provided training.
- Experience in Flexographic Printing, Label Printing, or Printing Industry is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of printing processes, inks, and machine operations.
