- Operate label printing machines as per production requirements.
- Set up machines, adjust settings, and prepare materials for production.
- Monitor printing quality, color consistency, registration, and output accuracy.
- Conduct routine machine inspections and basic maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major breakdowns..
- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow preventive maintenance schedules.
- Verify printed labels against approved samples and customer specifications.
- Follow company safety, quality, and operational procedures. Requirements
- 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma / Any Degree qualification preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Flexo Printing, Label Printing, Offset Printing, or related printing operations is an added advantage.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and meet production targets.
