Dear Applicants, Greetings from Hindustan Platinum !! We are hiring for Fire Safety and Security team, for the location of Pawane
- Navi Mumbai. Key Responsibilities: Candidate having exp in manufacturing industry will be added advantage / NCC Cadet with Certificate, Ex-Armed Forces, Paramilitary preferred 1 . Security Management:
- Monitor and ensure the implementation of security protocols and procedures.
- Supervise security personnel, ensuring discipline, readiness, and adherence to security policies.
- Conduct security risk assessments and suggest mitigation measures.
- Coordinate access control, visitor management, and surveillance operations.
- Investigate security incidents, thefts, or breaches and report findings to the Head of Security.
- Liaise with local law enforcement agencies, government bodies, and emergency responders as needed. 2. Fire Safety Management:
- Ensure fire safety compliance as per local laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct regular fire risk assessments and implement preventive measures.
- Supervise the maintenance and functioning of fire safety equipment (fire extinguishers, hydrants, sprinklers, alarms, etc.).
- Organize and lead fire drills, evacuation drills, and emergency response training for employees.
- Investigate fire incidents, prepare reports, and suggest preventive actions. 3. Emergency Preparedness & Crisis Management:
- Assist in the development and execution of emergency response plans.
- Train employees and security teams on emergency procedures and first aid.
- Ensure business continuity plans include security and fire safety measures. 4. Compliance & Documentation:
- Maintain records of security incidents, fire drills, training sessions, and audits.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and regulatory fire safety norms.
- Prepare reports and updates for the Head of Security. 5. Training & Awareness:
- Conduct security and fire safety training for employees and contract security personnel.
- Raise awareness about fire hazards, evacuation procedures, and security best practices. 6. Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree (BSc preferred), Advance Diploma in Fire Safety, Certification in Security or Security Management.
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in security and fire safety roles.
- Certification in Fire Safety, First Aid, or Industrial Security will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of security risk assessment, fire safety laws, and emergency response planning.
- NCC Cadet with Certificate, Ex-Armed Forces, Paramilitary preferred.
