Find out more here: Responsibilities ● Respond to client queries online. ● Be able to provide support in real-time to clients in the UK, US and Australia. ● Understand the difference between a software and hardware issue. ● Communicate with the line manager and escalate issues when needed. ● Track and report on the progress of bug fixes to clients. Requirements ● Good ability in written and spoken English. ● Computer literacy. ● Ability to learn quickly and follow troubleshooting guides. Shift Range We are looking for candidates who can work different shift schedules, including rotational weekly offs, early morning, late evening, and overnight shifts. Additional pay premiums will be provided for night shift hours. What are we looking for? We seek individuals with experience in customer support and eager to work with an international brand and grow their careers. We also have openings for team leaders and managers across various shifts. We're looking for proactive individuals who can think independently, take ownership, and contribute to improving processes and systems.
