Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and energetic Store Department Head & Ladies Section Manager to oversee daily operations of the ladies’ section, manage staff performance, drive sales, and ensure an excellent customer shopping experience. The ideal candidate should possess robust leadership skills, retail management experience, and a passion for fashion and customer service. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise the overall operations of the ladies section. Ensure attractive product display and visual merchandising standards. Monitor sales performance and achieve department targets. Train, guide, and motivate sales staff for improved productivity. Maintain excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally. Monitor stock levels, inventory movement, and replenishment. Coordinate with purchasing and store management teams. Analyse customer preferences and market trends to improve sales. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper section maintenance. Prepare daily and monthly sales and inventory reports. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. Proven experience in retail, fashion, or department store management. Strong leadership and team handling skills.
