- 30,00,000: Long Term Incentive Plan up to 50 lakhs for exceptional candidates:PetYosa is building an AI-native petcare ecosystem focused on preventive healthcare, intelligent monitoring, wellness, safety, training, and next-generation pet services. We are looking for a full-time Founding Veterinarian & R&D; Lead to work directly with the founders in shaping the future of pet healthcare innovation in India and globally. This is not a traditional clinical role. The ideal candidate will combine strong veterinary expertise with research orientation, innovative thinking, and a passion for building category-defining products, systems, and preventive health frameworks from scratch. The role will contribute across veterinary R&D;, AI-assisted pet health systems, smart wearable initiatives, preventive healthcare, nutrition, behavioural frameworks, and scientific validation.:Lead veterinary R&D; initiatives across pet health, wellness, diagnostics, and preventive care.Design evidence-backed health protocols and preventive care frameworks.Collaborate with product and engineering teams on health features and pet experiences.Validate AI-assisted recommendations and health systems.Support the development of smart wearables and health-monitoring initiatives.Contribute to scientific research, publications, and validation processes.Build long-term veterinary partnerships and advisory networks.Define standards and veterinary best practices across the PetYosa ecosystem.Research emerging trends in pet healthcare, nutrition, rehabilitation, and behaviour:Strong veterinary fundamentals and clinical understanding. Deep passion for companion animal healthcare, research-oriented mindset, excellent communication and analytical skills. Ability to work in quick-paced startup environments. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Interest in preventive healthcare and pet wellness. Collaborative and cross-functional working style:Experience in companion animal practice. Exposure to veterinary research or academic work. Interest in AI, health-tech, wearables, or smart monitoring systems. Experience in pet nutrition, rehabilitation, orthopaedics, or behavioural science. Published research papers or scientific contributions.
