Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Artworker / Packaging Production Executive to support day-to-day packaging artwork execution for a fast-growing wellness D2C brand.

The role involves handling BAU packaging updates, NPD artwork adaptations, bromide creation, print-ready file management, and coordination with internal teams and packaging vendors to ensure accurate and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute packaging artworks for existing SKUs and new product developments (NPD).
- Handle BAU artwork changes including pricing, claims, regulatory updates, ingredient changes, and content corrections.
- Create and manage BOPs, bromides, print-ready files, and artwork adaptations across packaging formats.
- Ensure artworks are aligned with brand guidelines, print specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with design, NPD, and packaging vendors for approvals and production requirements.
- Prepare final production files with correct dimensions, bleed, colour profiles, and technical specifications.
- Maintain artwork archives, version control, and packaging documentation.
- Support packaging mockups, sampling, and pre-production checks when required.

Skills & Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in packaging artwork or production design roles.
- Experience in FMCG, wellness, beauty, nutrition, or D2C brands preferred.
- Good understanding of packaging print processes and production requirements.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong attention to detail and file accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple artworks and deadlines efficiently.
- Basic understanding of packaging materials and print limitations is a plus.
