You will be responsible for developing robust enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot, contributing to a microservices architecture, and ensuring the stability of our real-time data processing pipelines. Key Responsibilities
* Hands-on Development: Write high-quality, efficient, and reusable code using Java and the Spring Boot framework.
* Best Practices: Follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) and ensure high unit-test coverage using tools like JUnit and Mockito.
* Microservices & APIs: Build and maintain scalable microservices and RESTful APIs within a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
* Data Systems: Implement real-time data processing and asynchronous communication using Kafka.
* Performance Tuning: Utilize Redis for effective caching and apply multithreading concepts to optimize application performance.
* Security: Implement application security principles and mitigate vulnerabilities based on OWASP Top 10 guidelines.
* Collaboration: Participate in Agile ceremonies, work closely with QA and DevOps teams, and contribute to technical documentation.
* Support: Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues to ensure application wellness. Technical Skills Required
* Languages & Frameworks: Strong proficiency in Java (8/11+), Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate.
* Messaging & Caching: Practical experience with Kafka for streaming and Redis for in- memory data storage.
* Database Knowledge: Proficiency in RDBMS (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and exposure to NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
* Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP and experience working with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven, Gradle) and Docker.
* CS Fundamentals: Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and concurrent programming. Qualifications & Soft Skills
* Education: Bachelors or Masters in Engineering or Computer Science.
* Problem Solving: Strong analytical abilities to debug complex issues.
