Role & responsibilities: Market Execution :
- Well versed with Functions /process /systems of Modern Trade functions.
- Positive Relations across the MT stores and key Retail persons
- Understanding of Brand SOS maintenance and availability with Freshness across market.
- Ensure effective merchandising with regular coaching to Team
- Timely visibility execution across the different accounts in the geography. Business development & Team management:
- Handling offtake generation for the assigned territory
- Account wise Tgt achievement & Growth planning MOM level
- Manage a diverse team of merchandisers and promoters for the assigned territory
- Track the various KPIs such as Availability / Visibility / SOS / Merchandising score at store/manpower level to make informed decisions
- Able to deal with problems and decision making skills to develop the business Planning and Execution:
- Understands the given target, is able to break it down in weekly/daily numbers account wise.
- Knowledge of brands, sales & distribution, activations planned and how to maximize the benefits.
- On Time execution of Company Paid activation and unpaid planned activities. Communication Skills:
- Able to collect inputs by interaction, brainstorming, discussion, paraphrase them and respond back.
- Able to handle objections & negotiations and drive new ideas & measures to implementation. Qualifications:
- Post-Graduate Diploma in Management/MBA Experience:
- Minimum 4+ years of overall experience with at-least 3 years Modern Trade experience in FMCG Industry. Note: 6 Days working Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4lsrmj
