- Quality & ESG for a Logistics Industry Location : Mumbai Salary : Upto 8 lakhs PA Role Requirement: To support the organization in implementing and monitoring Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) initiatives, ensuring compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and sustainability goals. Job Description: 1.Monitor and improve end-to-end logistics quality performance, including transportation, warehousing, and last-mile delivery. 2.Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) across fleet operations, warehouses, and distribution. 3.Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for service failures and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). 4.Perform internal audits and process inspections to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. 5.Track and analyse quality KPIs and prepare performance reports/dashboards. 6.Track and report carbon emissions, fuel consumption, and energy usage across logistics operations. 7.Assist in implementing green warehousing practices, including energy-effective lighting and waste management. 8.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace standards for warehouse staff and outsources vendors. 9.Support training programs on safety, compliance, and operational best practices. 10.Ensure compliance with transport regulations, ESG policies, and internal governance frameworks. 11.Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and audit readiness for Quality and ESG disclosures. 12.Awareness of risk assessment and mitigation planning for supply chain disruptions. 13.Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives Pay: From ₹800,000.00 per year Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4ltnqs
