Job Role: Office / Admin Manager
Role: Provides high-level administrative support primarily to 2 partners, acting as a strategic partner to optimize their time. Key duties include managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, handling confidential communication, and organizing meetings, Banking account management.
Core Responsibilities Calendar & Email Management: Scheduling appointments, prioritizing emails, and managing communications with professionalism. Travel & Logistics: Coordinating complex, multi-stop international or domestic travel itineraries, including accommodation and transport. Document Preparation: Drafting reports, creating presentations, and managing documentation (e.g., in MS Office/Google Workspace). Communication Liaison: Acting as the primary point of contact between executives, employees, and clients. Project Coordination: Assisting with, or managing, special administrative projects. Confidentiality: Handling sensitive company and personal information with discretion.
Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar administrative role. Technical Proficiencies: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and office management systems, WhatsApp and technology savvy. Communication: Positive verbal and written communication skills. Organization: Solid organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills. Discretion: High level of integrity and confidentiality. Education: Bachelors degree or relevant certification is often preferred, though experience is highly valued.
