Strategic Outreach Events Manager (Mumbai)

Responsibilities :
• Translate strategic priorities into structured events with explicit milestones and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain integrated event plans, tracking progress and engagement.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination between IIT-Bombay teams, member organisations, faculty, and external vendors.
• Ensure event learnings are captured and fed back into engagement initiatives. Success Indicators:
• Increase in industry-sponsored engagements (projects, consultancy, grants, partnerships).
• On-time, on-budget execution of strategic events with documented impact.
• Positive stakeholder feedback on program clarity, communication, and execution quality. Skillset :
