Role & responsibilities We are looking for an Events Manager to drive end-to-end execution of exhibitions and trade shows with a strong focus on sponsorships, exhibitor growth, and on-ground delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute B2B exhibitions and industry events
- Manage end-to-end execution: venue, stalls, vendors, logistics
- Drive sponsorships and exhibitor participation
- Create proposals, negotiate, and close deals
- Manage agencies, fabricators, and event partners
- Handle multiple events/projects simultaneously
- Ensure seamless on-ground execution and high-quality experience
- Lead event teams and coordinate with internal stakeholders
- Track timelines, deliverables, and event performance Preferred candidate profile
- 3-8 years experience in events/exhibitions
- Solid exposure to B2B trade shows
- Hands-on end-to-end event execution
- Experience in sponsorship/revenue generation
