Waiter (Mumbai)

We are looking for a skilled Waiter to join our team at Tiki Farms Hospitality LLP. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in providing excellent customer service and serving food and beverages. Roles and Responsibility
- Welcome customers and ensure their comfort while dining.
- Take food orders with menu suggestions, checking for allergies, salt, and spice levels.
- Serve guests according to fine dining standards, maintaining high levels of quality and presentation.
- Perform clearance as per standard procedures to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and resolving issues professionally.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter in a Resort & Hotel setting.
- Solid knowledge of fine dining standards and service techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with restaurant software and technology is an advantage.
