Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Call Center Team Leader. The Team Leader will be responsible for supervising daily operations of the call center, leading a team of customer service representatives (CSRs) to achieve performance goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service. Additional responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, providing training and mentoring to the team, handling escalations, and collaborating closely with management to improve processes and enhance overall team performance.
Qualifications
Proficiency in leadership and team management, with the ability to inspire, train, and support a diverse team Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage client interactions and resolve escalations effectively Problem-solving and analytical skills to monitor KPIs, identify process improvements, and implement solutions Experience in call center operations, customer service, or a related field is highly preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple priorities effectively Proficiency with call center software, CRM systems, and basic computer skills is an advantage Ability to work on-site and adapt to a quick-paced, goal-oriented work environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4mft1g
