Responsible for cleaning & maintenance of the entire building & also facade cleaning of the building (internal & external).

To ensure all health & safety practices are being followed.

Responsible for all complaints received from the clients & occupants.

To manage the site operations
- Upkeep and cleanliness and maintenance of all Key Common Areas, Federation Areas including Clubhouse, Banquets, all other amenities, Parking etc.

Maintain and update records for positive functioning

Store requisition as per requirement & make the indent for Tool & Tackles, cleaning supplies & chemicals as per consumption pattern and par stock requirement

Taking training as per schedule & alternate if required

Making the schedule for extra cleaning on floor & Public area make sure it has to be followed as per schedule

Making the monthly duty roster for floor & public area employees

Knowledge of handling housekeeping mechanical equipment's /Tools & Tackles

Knowledge of making the reports & formats of Housekeeping

Knowledge of different types of flooring and floor care, Facade Cleaning

Working knowledge of Horticulture and Gardening as to handle Bio Wall/Plants/Flowers and Foliage etc.
