We are hiring Junior to Manager level profiles for this role, and the seniority will be determined based on your previous experience and demonstrated expertise.

We are looking for a agile and process-driven professional to manage end-to-end College Operations for our partnered institutions. This role sits within the Student Success team and is responsible for seamless academic execution, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring an exceptional student experience across the lifecycle.

This is a leadership + execution-focused role involving college coordination, student engagement, academic delivery oversight, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities College & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact between IIDE and partner colleges. Build strong relationships with college authorities, faculty, and coordinators. Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams (academics, faculty, placements, admissions) and partner institutions. Academic Operations & Program Delivery Oversee end-to-end program execution at college campuses. Ensure classroom readiness, timetable planning, faculty scheduling, and LMS coordination. Monitor academic calendars, assessments, examinations, and result processing. Ensure compliance with academic quality standards and SOPs. Student Lifecycle & Engagement Drive student onboarding, orientation, and program awareness. Monitor attendance, academic progress, and performance tracking. Drive CSAT/NPS and overall student satisfaction metrics. Handle student queries and escalations proactively. Team Leadership (For Senior Profiles) Lead and mentor a team of Associates / Program Managers. Allocate campuses/accounts and monitor performance metrics. Improve operational workflows and implement process enhancements. Reporting & Performance Tracking Track KPIs related to attendance, retention, student satisfaction, and delivery excellence. Prepare periodic performance reports for management. Identify gaps and implement corrective measures.

Requirements 3 to 8+ years of experience in academic operations, program management, or education management. Experience in college coordination / university partnerships is preferred. Solid stakeholder management and communication skills. Process-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle escalations and multitask in a quick-paced academic workplace. Team handling experience (only for Lead/Manager level). Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4mgmco
