Manager Export / Import Shipping Logistics Manager Mumbai

We are looking for a highly experienced and responsible qualified for handling Export / Import Shipping & Logistics operations.

The candidate should have robust practical experience in shipping, transportation, logistics coordination, and supply chain operations. The role requires independent handling of shipment movement, transport coordination, and logistics management across different regions.

Key Responsibilities: Handle complete export and import logistics operations

Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, CHA, transporters, and logistics vendors

Manage sea freight shipments, container movement, and dispatch planning

Coordinate truck, trailer, and transport operations

Ensure timely movement of cargo and delivery scheduling

Monitor shipment tracking and logistics performance

Handle shipping documentation and customs coordination

Manage transport vendors and negotiate logistics support when required

Coordinate interstate logistics operations including Gujarat, Kerala, and other locations

Resolve transportation and operational logistics issues efficiently

Ensure smooth coordination between warehouse, transporters, ports, and customers

Maintain proper records of shipments, dispatches, and logistics activities

Positive communication and coordination skills

Ability to independently manage logistics operations

Experience in handling transport companies and shipment movement

Manage end-to-end logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.

Coordinate with international clients, vendors, and freight forwarders via email and calls in fluent English.
