Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role located in Mumbai for a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare facilities, pharmacies, and medical professionals. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing product information, identifying customer needs, and achieving sales targets. Additional tasks include attending training sessions, keeping up with industry developments, and providing excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written Communication skills, including the ability to explain products clearly and persuasively

Proven expertise in Pharmaceutical Sales and general Sales to meet and exceed targets

Knowledge of Pharmacy operations and understanding of pharmaceutical products

Customer Service skills for building and maintaining excellent client relationships

Ability to work independently while achieving goals and deadlines

Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools would be an advantage

Maintain daily call reports and market feedback
