Role & responsibilities : Channel Manager in Education Loans drives indirect sales by building and managing strategic partnerships with educational institutions, study abroad consultancies, coaching centers, and fintech platforms. They are responsible for lead generation, partner onboarding, and achieving regional disbursement targets. Key Responsibilities
- Partner Acquisition: Identify, negotiate, and onboard current channel partners (e.g., overseas education consultants, test-prep centers, and universities).
- Lead Generation & Management: Build successful lead generation flows from partner networks to ensure a steady pipeline of loan applications.
- Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, resolving partner concerns and keeping them engaged.
- Training & Enablement: Train partner staff on loan products, application processes, and digital adoption (MLP journeys) to improve conversion rates.
- Target Achievement: Drive regional profitability and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume targets.
