Job Title: Domestic Caller / Telesales Executive – GEM Process Company: impactguru.com⁠� Location: Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai Department: Sales / GEM (Give Every Month) Shift: Day Shift (9:30 AM – 7:30 PM) Week Off: Sunday Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Domestic Caller / Telesales Executive for the GEM (Give Every Month) process at ImpactGuru. The role involves connecting with potential donors, explaining the monthly donation subscription program, and converting leads into recurring contributors. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to assigned leads and explain the GEM donation program. Convert prospective donors into monthly subscribers/donors. Build and maintain strong relationships with donors. Follow up regularly to maximize conversions and retention. Address donor queries and provide a positive experience. Maintain accurate records in CRM and update lead status. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth donor onboarding. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. 6 months – 2 years experience in telesales, domestic calling, BPO, , insurance, or sales. Good communication skills in Hindi and English. Strong convincing and negotiation skills. Comfortable working in a target-based workplace. Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools.
