Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role located in Mumbai for a Head of Research and Development. The individual in this role will lead and oversee all R&D; initiatives, manage and support a energetic team, and drive strategic research projects from concept to implementation. Key responsibilities include conducting advanced research, analyzing data to develop creative health products, managing projects efficiently, and ensuring successful collaboration across departments to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

Expertise in Research and Development (R&D;) and the ability to drive innovation in health-focused product development

Strong Analytical and Research skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights

Team Management experience, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams

Proficiency in Project Management to lead initiatives from inception to completion

Excellent communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking abilities

Postgraduate degree in a relevant scientific or technical discipline is preferred
