A growth-stage climate infrastructure startup building and scaling electrolyzer systems for carbon removal and green hydrogen production. Having successfully deployed large-scale pilot systems, the company is now transitioning into commercial manufacturing and is establishing its production capability in India. - driving design-for-manufacturing (DFM) , cost reduction, supplier development, and scalable production of complex, multi-material electrochemical systems, with a strong focus on translating prototypes into manufacturable, scalable designs. This is a hands-on engineering and manufacturing build-out setting, particularly relevant and suited for candidates with experience in electrolyzer manufacturing, fuel cells, hydrogen systems, or mechanical design of chemical/process equipment. - Electrolyzer Systems Based in Mumbai About the role This role focuses on leading designing and developing the physical hardware of next-generation electrolyzer systems, translating early-stage lab-scale prototypes into robust, scalable, and manufacturable products. You will work at the intersection of mechanical design and real-world deployment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
- including chemical and electrochemical engineers
- to bring complex systems from concept through to production. The position requires a hands-on, technically strong individual who can iterate rapidly, optimize designs for performance and cost, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, experimental environment with high levels of ambiguity.
