- Senior Sales Engineer ( Gas Control Equipment ) Job location Mumbai Product Line: Fittings, Pressure regulators, Flow Meters, Gauges, Solenoid Valves, Filters, Hoses, Tubing of SST, Leak Detection, Valves, Transmitters, Actuators, Power packs, Fittings, Tubing Customer Base: Oil and Gas companies, Analytical customers, Laboratory, RCD / Chemical /process Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Instrumentation or Mechanical Engineering Experience: 4+ Field Sales Experience selling Industrial products such as Fittings, Pressure regulators, Flow Meters, Gauges, Solenoid Valves, Filters, Hoses, Tubing of SST, Leak Detection Employment Type: Full-time CTC: Up to Rs. 9 lacs per annum Experience:
- 4+ Field Sales Experience selling Industrial products such as Regulators / Valves / Transmitters / flow meters / gauges / boosters / / Fittings / Tubing / Pressure Management /Controls And Instrument Fittings Key account management skills are very important and essential for this role.
- Market Experience in RCD facilities, Analytical customers, Laboratories, Chemical, Oil C Gas, Biotech, Pharmaceutical could be practical.
- Since this will be a remote operation, he should have apt skills to deal with Head office in coordination of regional work related to Sales C support to clients on timely basis. Key Responsibilities: Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Actively prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of potential clients and projects. Sales Growth s Targets:
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue in the division.
- Ensure consistent and effective follow-up on leads and client inquiries. Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Provide feedback on market conditions and competitor products to improve the companys offerings. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies and product offerings.
- Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the management team. Negotiations and Contract Finalization:
- Lead negotiations with clients to finalize contracts and close deals.
- Ensure terms of the agreements are clearly understood by clients, leading to long-term business relationships.
