Role Description As a Customer Service Representative at Yral Hub, you will provide responsive, solution-oriented support to resellers and ecommerce partners across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. In this full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai, you will handle inquiries about orders, product availability, pricing, and platform usage, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. You will track and document customer interactions, escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams, and follow up to ensure closure. The role includes proactively maintaining high customer satisfaction, gathering feedback to improve processes, and contributing to a consistent, high-quality customer experience. You may also collaborate with operations and sales teams to coordinate order status, resolve logistics issues, and support resellers in growing their businesses, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. Qualifications
- Proven ability in customer-facing roles with strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support.
- Experience enhancing Customer Experience and maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction.
- Understanding of Customer Service Representative responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional Indian languages are an advantage.
- Comfort using CRM tools, ticketing systems, and basic office software for documentation and follow-up.
- Strong problem-solving, active listening, and conflict-resolution skills with a calm, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Mumbai, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities.
- Prior experience in ecommerce, B2B platforms, or reseller ecosystems is preferred but not mandatory.
