Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Customer Insights Director. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of customer insights strategies to drive decision-making and business growth. Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing customer behavior, deriving actionable business insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement findings. The role involves a solid focus on using data to inform strategic decisions and improve customer experiences. Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Business Insights, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Strong Market Analysis and Market Research skills to understand industry trends and customer needs effectively.
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to interpret data and present insights in clear and impactful ways.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in Customer Insight to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms is preferred.
- Experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is a plus.
