Travel Agent (Mumbai)

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their travel-related issues.
- Process bookings for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel arrangements according to customer requirements.
- Provide accurate information on destinations, attractions, and activities to help customers plan their trips.
- Escalate complex issues to senior agents or supervisors when necessary. Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in an international BPO workplace with a focus on travel industry.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
