About the Role We are looking for a high-impact Area Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across multiple territories. The role requires a strong blend of analytical thinking, team leadership, and execution rigor to manage large teams and deliver business outcomes in a dynamic, quick-paced environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Operations & Execution Own end-to-end operations for assigned geography / multiple territories Drive performance metrics, productivity, and operational efficiency Ensure consistent execution of processes, SOPs, and business standards 1. Team Leadership Lead, manage, and scale large field teams (50–150 members) Build high-performance teams through coaching, mentoring, and structured reviews 1. Business Ownership Take complete ownership of regional business goals and P&L-linked; metrics 1.
