Operation & Maintenance Executive (Mumbai)

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Operation & Maintenance Executive to support the efficient functioning and maintenance of water and wastewater treatment plant equipment and systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance, site operations, and equipment troubleshooting within the infrastructure or treatment plant industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the operation and maintenance of mechanical equipment, including pumps, motors, blowers, valves, and pipelines.
- Monitor daily plant performance and report abnormalities or operational issues.
- Support preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure proper functioning of water treatment and wastewater treatment plant equipment.
- Maintain maintenance logbooks, service records, and daily reports.
- Coordinate with electrical and process teams for smooth plant operations.
- Ensure adherence to site safety standards and SOPs.
- Assist in spare parts management and inventory tracking.
- Support troubleshooting and quick resolution of mechanical faults. Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance and rotating equipment
- Good understanding of pumps, motors, gearboxes, valves, and pipelines
- Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance practices
- Basic understanding of water/wastewater treatment processes preferred
- Positive problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong team coordination and communication abilities
- Working knowledge of MS Office and reporting documentation
