Role Overview The Head – F&B; Operations will lead the overall operations and profitability of multiple restaurants and bars. The role carries full P&L; responsibility and is accountable for revenue growth, cost control, beverage performance, guest experience, compliance, and team leadership across all locations. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in managing multi-unit bar, nightlife, or high-volume F&B; operations. Key Responsibilities
- Drive overall operational excellence across multiple restaurants, bars, kitchens, and service functions.
- Own and manage full P&L;, budgeting, and financial performance across all outlets.
- Oversee multi-center / multi-outlet operations and ensure consistency in service and operational standards.
- Control food cost, beverage cost, labor cost, and inventory variance across locations.
- Lead beverage strategy including pricing, menu engineering, promotions, and supplier negotiations.
- Ensure smooth operations during peak hours, match days, live events, and special occasions.
- Maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction across all restaurants and bars.
- Recruit, train, and develop outlet managers, leadership teams, and operational staff.
- Ensure compliance with liquor laws, FSSAI regulations, SOPs, and safety standards.
- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective strategies to improve profitability, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Coordinate with marketing and events teams to drive footfall and revenue growth.
- Standardize operational processes and implement best practices across all outlets. Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management / Business Administration.
- 8–12 years of F&B; experience, with 3–5 years in a senior leadership or multi-unit management role.
- Prior experience in managing multiple restaurants, sports bars, pubs, lounges, or nightlife operations preferred.
- Strong knowledge of liquor costing, bar controls, vendor management, and high-volume service operations. Key Skills
