Logistics Manager, Mumbai

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Logistics Head to lead and manage PAN India distribution and logistics operations for the Medical/Bio industry. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination with distributors across India, managing logistics processes, driving operational efficiency, and leading a team of 4–5 members.This role requires strong leadership, distributor management expertise, and supply chain experience specifically within the Medical, Healthcare, Pharma, Biotech, or Bio-sciences sector. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee PAN India distributor operations and logistics activities. Ensure timely dispatches, deliveries, inventory movement, and supply chain coordination.Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and channel partners. Monitor logistics performance, service levels, and operational KPIs. Coordinate with internal departments including sales, warehouse, procurement, and operations teams. Handle vendor and transporter management to ensure cost-effective logistics solutions.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4–5 logistics professionals. Identify process improvement opportunities and implement operational efficiencies. Ensure compliance with logistics policies, documentation, and regulatory requirements. Prepare reports, MIS, and operational updates for management review.Candidate Requirements 10+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or distribution management. Mandatory experience in Medical, Healthcare, Pharma, Biotech, or Bio-sciences industry. Proven experience handling PAN India distributors and logistics operations. Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Good understanding of warehouse management, transportation, inventory control, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and logistics reporting tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.Travel Requirement Travel is not required on a regular basis. Occasional travel may be required depending on business needs. Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates from Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Pharma, Biotech, Healthcare, or Bio-sciences companies will be preferred. Location Andheri, Mumbai
