Problem Solving: Identified root cause of a problem and works with others to permanently fix problems. Communicating customers for export shipment documents Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stake holderResponsible for complete export shipment planning process as per incoterms and customer orders - right from cargo readiness to shipment and b/l release - from multiple loading ports in India Knowledge of Exim Policy, Incoterms, Payment Terms, UCP Rules , FTA/PTA Process Knowledge of Pre-post shipment Documentation
