Strategic Focus Understand the importance of guardrails and subsequently ensure that application compliance scores are maximized. Understand application architecture especially the importance of the KTA ECS and frameworks. Understand rulesets and ensure that they are maintained in accordance with standards.Participate in the development, testing, implementation, and documenting of solutions. Mechanize manual business processes and realize efficiency savings. Operational Management Responsibility to develop quick to market, high quality IT solutions within an agile environment. Documenting all development tasks, diagrams, and other artifacts.Timely completion of activities, adhering to existing process and quality standards. Participate in team discussions, providing early escalation of issues and input into the change management process. Governance&Risk Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. Raising security issues and breaches to Manager. Report to Management of any issues that may impact the Business. Support during the completion of QA testing. The above list of key accountabilities is not an exhaustive list and may change from time-to-time based on business needs.Experience&Personal Attributes Experience Experience with Document Processing application like CM23, RM8 etc. Total of 2 to 5 Years of experience with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Application Development. Demonstrable experience of developing and delivering technical solutions on virtual environments using CM23, especially within the KTA customer services for financial services framework.Demonstrable experience in writing effective technical and business focused reports and specifications. C# .net MS-SQL RESTFul API API concept in general Use of Swagger SOAP MODAX - Scanning, OCR&Indexing application (Good to Have) Certification on Kofax Total Agility product by Tungsten (Good to Have) Knowledge on the customized Modax application workflow, business processes etc. (Good to Have) Personal Attributes Effective verbal and written communication skills, needed to communicate with global teams/stakeholders.Practical and simple problem-solving approach.
