JOBTITLE: Service&Maintenance Executive- Elevator Industry: Elevators&Parking Solutions Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Functional Area: Office Experience Required: 2-3 years Salary (CTC): 1.8 to 2 Lakhs Role Overview The Elevator Service&Maintenance (AMC) Executive will be responsible for managing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) specifically for elevator systems. The role ensures smooth functioning, timely preventive maintenance, quick breakdown resolution, and high client satisfaction across all elevator installations. Key Responsibilities ManageAMCcontracts for elevator systems across multiple sites  Planandschedule preventive maintenance visits as per contract terms  Coordinate with service technicians and supervisors for daily service activities  Ensuretimely breakdown attendance and closure of complaints  Monitorelevator performance, uptime, and recurring issues  Maintain detailed service logs, maintenance checklists, and reports  Actasasingle point of contact for clients for all elevator service-related matters  Followupfor AMCrenewals and payment collections  Coordinate with stores/dispatch forspare parts and replacements  Ensurecompliance with safety norms and industry standards  Assist in troubleshooting and escalation handling for critical breakdowns Key Skills&Competencies Goodknowledge of elevator systems and components preferred  Strongclient handling and communication skills  Ability to manage multiple sites and service teams  Problem-solving and technical troubleshooting ability  Goodplanning and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Excel / service reporting tools Qualifications&Experience Graduate / Diploma in any field  2–3yearsexperience in service filed  Experience in elevator, construction, or engineering industry preferred COMPANYPROFILE: Weare a growing engineering firm specializing in elevators and advanced parking solutions.
