Meet the Customer at the residence or office, and collect / verify (KYC) documents with the original. Verify property documents. Visit&verify the property which is to be mortgaged. Negotiate with the customer for Rate&PF. Post sanction collect the disbursement docs Cross sell other Asset Products Additional Responsibilities: Adhoc MIS as and when RSM/ZSM ask for Branch / DSA review at location level.
