Key Responsibilities : Collecting and recording shareholder information for companies trading on the London Stock Exchange. Gathering information from multiple data sources. Validating the collected information to determine its accuracy. Researching unclear and conflicting information to reconcile discrepancies.Ensuring recorded data is accurate and verified. Maintaining and improving the quality of the data. Working within a team and individually to meet weekly deadlines. Skills, Experience, and Qualifications : Basic knowledge of the financial world, familiarity with financial terms. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office software. Ability to work on own initiative. Fluent English. Focus on delivering quality work in a timely manner. Ability to work independently, to verify information and make intelligent, justified decisions confidently.Ability to question existing data and correct it as necessary.
