Job Title: Technical Architect Experience: 10-15 years Education Qualification: B.E. or B.Tech or MCA only Location: Mumbai Work Model: Complete work from office including 1st/3rd/5th Saturday Domain: Banking Notice Period: 30-45 Days Roles&Responsibilities:• Provide expert architectural and technical consultancy for asset development and rollout, ensuring alignment with client application and technology standards. • Work together with technical leads and IT Architects, to technically lead the different Agile teams and coordinating with their direct report the definition of IT Standards based on global IT strategy, architecture framework and standards and technical integrity of components.• Design effective solutions to meet business requirements, utilizing knowledge of internal platforms, including all processes, and adhering to client standards. • Offer technical expertise and support to teams using key technology tools such as Java Microservices, Spring Boot, Oracle, and Kafka, while staying updated with the latest technology trends.• Implement security best practices, including OWASP standards, encryption, identity management, and compliance with RBI guidelines. • Ensure the quality of deliverables by implementing best practices in projects and conducting regular reviews and audits to maintain high standards. • Build and maintain effective working relationships with various stakeholders, including product owners, scrum masters, and developers, facilitating communication and collaboration to ensure project success.• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance architecture and development practices, while mentoring and guiding team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. • Demonstrate proven experience in architectural design and consultancywithin environments, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Qualification&Experience• 10-15 years of relevant experience in software development • Minimum 3 years as Technical Architect in large-scale digital platforms (BFSI preferred) • Experience working in Agile / Iterative project methodology and practices Required Technical Skills • Core: Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, Kafka/MQ• Database: Oracle • Security: OWASP, SSL/TLS, IAM, App/API security • DevOps: CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, Docker/Podman, Kubernetes/Openshift
