Job Title: Creative Designer Location: Malad, Mumbai (Work from Office) Experience: 2-5 years (Branding&Packaging preferred) Role Summary We are looking for a Creative Designer who can translate ideas into compelling visual experiences across branding, packaging, print, and campaigns. This role requires strong design fundamentals, creativity, and attention to detail, with the ability to execute high-quality visuals aligned with brand objectives.Key Responsibilities Design branding and packaging assets from concept to final artwork Create engaging key visuals for campaigns, events, and brand initiatives Develop creative concepts and support campaign ideation Execute print collateral including brochures, posters, and marketing materialsEnsure accuracy and quality in packaging artworks and print-ready files Collaborate with internal teams including strategy and client servicing Use AI tools for design exploration, mockups, and ideation support Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all deliverables Required SkillsStrong design skills with focus on branding and packaging Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign Good understanding of typography, layout, and color theory Knowledge of print production and packaging formats Exposure to AI-based design tools is a plus Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesExperience&Background 2-5 years of experience in creative/design roles Experience in advertising, branding, or design agencies preferred Portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and campaign work Behavioral Traits Creative thinker with attention to detail Proactive and eager to learn Strong collaboration and communication skillsAbility to take feedback and iterate quickly
