Job Description Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals Manage and mentor the recruitment team Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirementsBuild and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent Use data and analytics to improve hiring efficiency and quality of hire Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job portals Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in hiringStay updated on industry trends, talent market insights, and best practices Required Skills&Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 2- 5years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Proven experience in managing a recruitment team Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, etc.) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Analytical mindset with experience in recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) Preferred Qualifications Master's degree or MBA in HR (preferred) Experience in employer branding and campus hiring Knowledge of HR technologies and recruitment toolsExperience hiring across multiple functions or geographies
