Job Title: Team Leader– Warehouse Operations Company: Purplle Location: Kannur Department: Warehouse Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and responsible Team Leader to manage daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth execution of picking, packing, sorting, inventory control, and dispatch activities. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, operational knowledge, and the ability to handle manpower efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Key Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, sorting, dispatch, and receiving Ensure timely order processing and dispatch as per company SLA Manage warehouse staff, shift planning, attendance, and manpower allocation Monitor team productivity and maintain operational disciplineEnsure stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and inventory audits Minimize stock loss, damage, and operational errors Maintain proper documentation and daily MIS reports Coordinate with HR, operations team, vendors, and cluster managers for smooth workflow Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and company compliance policiesHandle escalations related to operations, manpower, and store discipline Support during peak operational hours and urgent dispatch requirements Required Skills Strong leadership and team handling skills Warehouse operations knowledge Inventory management experience Good communication and coordination skillsProblem-solving and decision-making ability Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WMS, reporting tools) Ability to work under pressure in quick commerce operations Preferred Qualifications Graduate preferred 2–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or dark store operations Experience in e-commerce / quick commerce industry preferredExperience in handling third-party manpower vendors is an added advantage About Company Founded in 2011, Purplle has emerged as one of India's premier omnichannel beauty destinations, redefining the way millions shop for beauty.
